If you're an Odido customer.
There may be times when you can't pay your bills. We understand that. It's easy to set up a payment plan with us. If it looks like your financial situation may have changed for some time to come, you can get help. You can ask Geldfit or contact your municipality for assistance.
Applying for financial help.
If you're already getting help with managing your money, or you’re under guardianship, please let us know. The person helping you can tell us about it. That way, we can work together to make sure everything goes smoothly.
Good to know.
If you're under guardianship, there may be some parts of your subscription that you can't manage yourself. The person helping you will take care of that for you. We'll send your monthly bills to their email address.

For questions or changes during the guardianship, or to sign up or cancel a customer’s account, please contact Odido Service. It's just a phone call away. As a guardian, you've been given a special phone number. If you don't have that yet, please contact us through our regular Odido Service.
Good to know: To sign up a customer, we need a power of attorney, court order, restructuring proposal or court ruling. We need a court order to cancel.
