Of naar de verkeerde collega? Kan gebeuren. In Outlook kan je mail terughalen. Maar daar is wel wat voorbereiding voor nodig. In dit artikel lees je stap voor stap hoe het werkt.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Verzonden mail terughalen Outlook: kan dat?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Je kan in Outlook mail terughalen dat al is verzonden. Dubbelklik op het verzonden bericht om het te openen in een apart venster.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Klik op de knop <em>Bericht intrekken<\/em>.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Selecteer <em>OK<\/em> in het bevestigingsvenster.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Je krijgt kort daarna een <em>Bericht Recall Rapport<\/em> in je Postvak IN. Klik op de link in dat bericht. Zo zie je of je intrekking is gelukt, nog bezig is of is mislukt.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Snel geregeld. Maar onthoud: een verzonden mail terughalen kan alleen als de ontvanger \u2019m nog niet heeft geopend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mail terughalen in de klassieke versie van Outlook.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Werken de bovenstaande stappen niet? Dan gebruikt je bedrijf misschien nog de klassieke versie van Outlook. Probeer het dan zo:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kies in het mappenvenster links de map <em>Verzonden items<\/em>.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open het bericht dat je wil intrekken. Je kan het bericht niet intrekken als je het alleen selecteert in het leesvenster.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Heb je het klassieke lint?\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ga naar het tabblad <em>Bericht.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kies <em>Acties<\/em> en <em>Recall Dit bericht<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Heb je het vereenvoudigde lint?\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ga naar het tabblad <em>Bericht<\/em> en klik op <em>Meer opdrachten (&#8230;)<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wijs <em>Acties<\/em> aan en selecteer <em>Recall Dit bericht<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kies <em>Ongelezen kopie\u00ebn van dit bericht verwijderen<\/em> of <em>Ongelezen kopie\u00ebn verwijderen en vervangen door een nieuw bericht<\/em>.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Klik vervolgens op OK.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Een verwijderde mail terughalen in Outlook<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Een belangrijke e-mail of zakelijke afspraak per ongeluk verwijderd? Vaak kan je dat herstellen. Verwijderde mail terughalen in Outlook werkt zo:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ga naar de map <em>Verwijderde items<\/em> of <em>Ongewenste e-mail<\/em>. Zijn mappen verborgen? Selecteer dan het pictogram <em>Navigatiedeelvenster weergeven<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Druk op de mail(s) die je wil terughalen. Beweeg je muis over het item en vink het selectievakje aan.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ga naar het tabblad <em>Start<\/em> van het lint en klik op <em>Verplaatsen<\/em>.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kies een map uit de lijst of selecteer <em>Verplaatsen naar een andere map<\/em>. Kies vervolgens een locatie uit de volledige mappenlijst.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Je kan berichten ook naar andere mappen slepen. Of klik met de rechtermuisknop en selecteer <em>Herstellen<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Een mail herstellen die niet in de verwijderde items map zit.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kan je de mail niet terugvinden tussen je verwijderde mails? Zoek dan de map <em>Herstelbare item<\/em>s. Deze map bevat berichten die permanent zijn verwijderd uit je <em>Verwijderde items<\/em> map.
