Hoe zorg je dat je toch goed bereikbaar bent? Een paar tips. <\/p><p>Het coronavirus heeft Nederland bereikt en veel bedrijven nemen maatregelen. Een daarvan is dat werknemers wordt gevraagd om thuis te werken. Maar hoe zorg je ervoor dat je als organisatie toch goed bereikbaar blijft? Daarvoor bieden diensten als doorschakelen en conference calls uitkomst. Lees verder voor tips hoe je dit zo effici\u00ebnt mogelijk inricht.<\/p>\n<h2>Doorschakelen doe je zo<\/h2>\n<p>Om inkomende gesprekken door te schakelen naar een ander telefoonnummer voer je een code in op je toestel. Hiervoor bestaan verschillende opties:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Alle gesprekken: *21*telefoonnummer#<\/li>\n<li>Bij geen gehoor: *61*telefoonnummer#<\/li>\n<li>Bij geen bereik: *62*telefoonnummer#<\/li>\n<li>Bij in gesprek: *67*telefoonnummer#<\/li>\n<li>Alle doorschakelingen verwijderen: ##002#<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Toets \u00e9\u00e9n van bovenstaande codes in, vervolgens het telefoonnummer waarnaar de gesprekken moeten worden doorgeschakeld en dan de &#8216;bel&#8217;-toets. Wil je bijvoorbeeld inkomende gesprekken doorschakelen naar 06 1234 5678 wanneer je zelf in gesprek bent? Dan toets je: *67*0612345678#.<\/p>\n<h2>Opties voor conference calls<\/h2>\n<p>Zowel via je mobiele telefoon als via Skype zet je snel en eenvoudig een telefonische vergadering op. We leggen beide opties uit.<\/p>\n<h2>Conference call via je mobiele telefoon<\/h2>\n<p>Of je nu Windows, Android of iOS op je telefoon hebt, voor vrijwel alle besturingssystemen en telefoonmerken is de werkwijze voor het opzetten van een conference call hetzelfde. Stapsgewijs gaat dit als volgt:<\/p>\n<p>Eerste deelnemer bellen: leg telefonisch contact met de eerste deelnemer<br \/>\nNog een deelnemer bellen: vervolgens zie je op je scherm een aantal opties zoals \u2018add call\u2019 of \u2018nieuwe oproep\u2019. Wanneer je hierop drukt, schiet de eerste deelnemer automatisch in de wacht en kun je de tweede deelnemer bellen.<\/p>\n<p>Gesprekken samenvoegen: heb je ook contact met de tweede deelnemer? Druk dan op de optie \u2018merge\u2019 of \u2018samenvoegen\u2019. Zo voeg je de gesprekken samen en heb je een conference call.<br \/>\nMeer deelnemers toevoegen: wil je nog meer deelnemers toevoegen? Dat kan wederom met de optie \u2018add call\u2019 of \u2018nieuwe oproep\u2019. Zodra je aan het maximaal aantal deelnemers zit, wordt deze knop lichtgrijs of verdwijnt deze.<\/p>\n<h2>Conference call via Webex en Microsoft Teams<\/h2>\n<p>Er bestaan verschillende apps voor telefonisch vergaderen. Webex is verreweg de meest gebruikte, maar er is ook steeds meer mogelijk via Microsoft Teams (het vroegere Skype). Met Teams verzorg je niet alleen conference calls, maar werk je ook heel gemakkelijk met meerdere mensen tegelijk in word-documenten, Excel-sheets en andere documenten om deze vervolgens heel makkelijk te delen met je collega\u2019s.<\/p>\n<h2>Videobellen<\/h2>\n<p>Andere opties om te videobellen zijn:<br \/>\nFacetime (iOs)<br \/>\nDuo (Android)<br \/>\nWhatsapp<br \/>\nFacetime Messenger<\/p>\n<h2>Inzicht in kosten<\/h2>\n<p>Het kan zijn dat het dataverbruik van medewerkers verandert als zij meer vanuit huis of andere locaties werken. Je houdt dit makkelijk in de gaten via Odido beheer.
